We are fortunate, delivering relaxing massages to residents and visitors around the island, to regularly experience St. Croix’s phenomenal vistas, beautiful beaches, and cultural, historical and natural attractions.
St. Croix, “The Big Island”, is the largest and most pastoral of the US Virgin Islands. Twenty eight miles long by seven miles wide, with a “rain forest” in the higher elevations of the north-west coast, desert-like scrub on the rolling hills of the east end, three national parks, several wildlife refuges and reserves, over 150 sugar mill ruins and other historic buildings and sites, it is also the most diverse and culturally rich of the islands.
Less congested than busy St. Thomas, larger and more diverse than St. John, St. Croix is a well balanced caribbean paradise with plenty to offer newcomers, seasoned visitors, and full-time residents.
Below the surface of our sparkling blue waters, the island’s protective reef system, the largest in the caribbean, unique 13,200 foot wall accessible from shore, shipwrecks and picturesque pier in Frederiksted offer world-class diving and snorkeling opportunities. Sail and powerboat charters to Buck Island Reef National Monument, historical sailing schooner Roseway, inshore and deep sea sport fishing, kayak tours, parasailing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, and stand-up paddle boards offer plenty more fun and excitement on the water.
Beyond the sun and sea are eco-adventure tours, historical walking tours, horseback riding, quadrille and caribbean dance, two world famous rum factories, Cruzan and Captain Morgan’s, a range of talented local musicians and artists, and special events like Crucian Christmas Festival, Mango Melee, St. Croix Agriculture Fair, Taste of St. Croix’s Food and Wine Experience, Christiansted Jump-ups, and St. Croix’s Ironman 70.3 to entertain, educate and enrich your island experience.
